Proposed ICOLS project(s) involves detailed exploration of numbers station phenomena in print and in form of recordings of Œintercepted¹ transmissions. Specifics to be outlined with operating instructions, diagrams, charts, credos and specifications over next several months.

In course of investigation, a long novella or novel will be written based on experiences surrounding further exploration of numbers stations phenomena. Occasional postings of intercepted numbers stations transmissions (mp3s); speculation as to their intent and effects on ICOLS.
